What are your will-call/pick up hours?

All of our local branches are open from 8am – 5pm.

What are you delivery days and times?

Though not all delivery times may be available due to planning, our operations run 24/7 excluding some major holidays.

Is there a delivery fee?

A delivery fee of $100 is applied to deliveries less than 500 gallons. If a delivery is greater than 500 gallons, the delivery fee is waived.

What is the minimum delivery amount?

The minimum delivery is 100 gallons. You may still pick up your order at any of our local branches.

How do I schedule a delivery?

Please schedule a delivery through your local sales representative. If you do not know who that is, please contact the local branch.

How do I check status of my delivery?

Your local sales representative should be able to give you an estimated date and time of delivery.

Can I request credit?

Yes, please fill out the Credit Application and email it to [email protected] .

Is there a credit card fee?

Yes, there is a 2.5% credit card fee.

Can I return a product I purchased from you?

If the packaged product is unopened and still within 30 days of purchase, you can return the product. Unfortunately, we do not allow the return of bulk product.

What size packaging do you carry?

In addition to bulk, we carry a variety of packaging options including 275/330 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums, 35lb kegs, 5 gallon pails, cases, tubes, gallon and quarts. Each product differs on type of packaging options available.
